Microsoft Exams -  70-292

70-292 Exam Details

Number of Questions = 45 - 56.    Including about 10/12 Interactive simulations.  The reason the number of questions varies is that the examiners are adding trial questions to the core of 45.

Pass mark = 700 (39/56)

Time allowed = 2hrs

Remember that the 70-292 is a combination of exam 290 and 291.  This 292 exam is designed as a fast track for those who are already MCSE 2000 and wish to upgrade to MCSE 2003.  (The other upgrade exam is 70-296).

General feeling, lots of SUS, DNS and Terminal Services.  Some ISA, DHCP, IIS and disaster recovery. A little Group Policy, permissions, and printing.
